Savior

From Cadillacquer:

Savior is a teal blue holo with purple shimmer throughout. Please apply two coats for full opacity. All of my polishes contain two stainless steel balls for easy mixing. Please shake, or roll the bottle between your hands before use and apply a topcoat for a shiny finish.

I mix my polishes by hand in small batches, so there may be some slight differences between batches.
