From Arcane Lacquer:
Repeat Caveat is a 3 free hand-blended, custom nail polish.
Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP Free
Base: A sheer plum jelly
Glitter: Magenta shimmer flecks with black and purple hexes and shreds
Opaque: 2-3 Coats over a base colour - Repeat Caveat is designed to be a layering polish and will not build up to opacity easily.

APPLICATION
I always recommend between 2 to 3 thin coats, allowing a few minutes between layers to dry. Allow a few minutes for the polish to dry before using a top coat otherwise some topcoats may shrink the polish.

I use a high quality suspension base for all of my nail polish.
Pigment/MICA may settle a little over time. I recommened a gentle shake or roll before use.
I only use solvent resistant glitters and raw materials in my polish
