I want to start off my review by saying that I love A England polish. It always delivers on quality and I am a fan of the subtle holographic and classy colors, so it practically killed me to only give Lady of Shalott only 3 stars.
While the formula is exactly what I've come to expect from this brand (self leveling, rich, flawless finish), the shimmer just isn't there. With both a matte and a shiny top coat Lady of Shalott, unfortunately, winds up looking like most navy blue polishes in my collection. (Posted on 11/19/2014)
