Why am I seeing this page?

The shop is currently experiencing an higher than normal volume of customers. This queue has been put in place to ensure that everyone can shop in a comfortable and fair manner.

How will I know when it's my turn?

We are checking your spot every 5 seconds. Once it opens up, you should be automatically brought right into the shop!

How long will this take?

This depends on how many people came before you and how long it takes for them to complete their orders. It shouldn't take too long!

What if what I want is sold out?

There's always the chance that the product(s) you're after will be sold out by the time you're able to shop. Unfortunately, I can't control this as supply is always limited to what is on hand. The best I can do is allow customers into the shop on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Is my place in line really saved?

Of course! We've been holding your place in line since your first visit at 06:00:03PM PST (server time). All customers will be allowed in on a first-come-first-serve basis! You can refresh this page as many times as you want, you won't lose your place in line.

What is the access code for?

Don't let this confuse you, 99% of you won't even need to use an access code. Once your spot in line is allowed to enter, the shop will display automatically!

Our site keeps track of you based on your browser (cookies). If you change your browser, the site won't recognize you and it will hold a new place at the end of the line for you.

If you've signed up for SMS notifications, when it's your turn you will receive a notification along with a private access code just in case you need to load the shop from a different browser or even your phone.
